How do I join the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program?
When will my points be credited?
Your points will be credited once your order is dispatched (upon receiving your shipping confirmation details). Typically, this process takes 1-4 days.
What benefits do I get as a member of the Sodashi Beauty Reward?
As a member, the points you earn are redeemable as dollar coupons for future purchases. You'll also enjoy birthday rewards, additional points for specific spending amounts, and more.
How can I earn points in the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program?
Points can be earned through purchases, social media engagement, product reviews, celebrating birthdays, and reaching transaction milestones. Please refer to 'How to Earn Points' section above.
Do points expire in the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program?
Yes, points expire twelve (12) months after they are earned.
How do I redeem points for discounts?
You can redeem points for discounts, with every 100 points equivalent to an AU$10 discount, requiring a minimum spend of AU$100. Please note that once you click 'redeem point', you cannot reverse the decision and not redeem the point for a dollar.
Can I combine discounts earned through the Sodashi Beauty Reward with other promotions?
No, discounts earned cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
What is the minimum spend required to redeem points?
The minimum spend required to redeem points for discounts is AU$100.
How long do I have to use the rewards I've earned?
Rewards expire six months from the date of issuance.
What happens if I return a product that I earned points on?
If you return a product, the equivalent points will be deducted from your balance. For every AU$1 refunded, 1 point will be deducted. It is possible to have negative points.
If I'm an existing customer, will I start with 0 points?
If you have created an account on our website www.sodashi.com.au, you will start with 100 points. If you do not have an account with us but have made purchases with us, you will still receive 0 points.To start earning points, simply create an account here. How can I update my contact information associated with my membership?
You can update your contact information by logging into your account on the Sodashi website.
Can I earn points for purchases made at retail stores or spas?
